TL;DR — Chateek Review 2026
Chateek is a portal that lists and links to aléatoire chat vidéo sites rather than a single chat of its own. It has run since 2011, comes in ten languages and points you to services such as Chatroulette, Bazoocam, ChatRandom and Coomeet, plus its own category pages. It is free and needs no registration, but safety and pricing depend on whichever site you end up on, and Chateek names no company behind it. Rating: 2.5/5.
- Best for: Adults who want a starting point for comparing random chats vidéo.
- Cost: Free to browse; the sites it lists set their own prices.
- Standout feature: Ten language versions of one directory.
- Skip it if: You want one moderated chat with clear rules.
Chateek (chateek.com) describes itself as a guide to online vidéo chats for meeting strangers. The previous version of this page reviewed it as a single video chat app with its own country filter and HD video; the current site is mainly a directory that sends you to other chats, so we have rewritten the review around that.
It works much like our Voojio review, another gateway site, and many of the chats it lists have their own pages here, such as our Bazoocam review.
